今日は祖母から教えてもらったという、特製ポテトオムレツ。つぶしたじゃがいもにひき肉と野菜をまぜ、良質卵でくるっと巻く。近所のおじさんが自家製農園で栽培したサニーレタスとレーズン・トースト、これに惜しげなく絞ったオレンジジュースが一緒にサーブされる。

This is her original potato omelet, the family recipe passed down from my grandmother. The filling, made of mashed potato, minced beef and vegetables, is wrapped in a quality egg roll form. The omelet is served with fancy lettuce, grown at an organic farm managed by a neighbour. A freshly squeezed orange juice add a nice finishing touch to this breakfast menu.
